Our Services
Electrical
- Analog and Digital Circuit Design
- Schematic Layout
- PCB design/layout
- Embedded Systems
- Documentation
We provide a variety of electrical services such as analog and digital circuit design, schematic layout, PCB design, and Altium library maintenance. We work with established companies who need to offload a project from their engineering department or even part of a project. We also work with individuals and startups to bring your ideas to market.

A new product starts with an idea. That idea becomes a reality when you are holding your first prototype. The prototype allows you to try out your idea and see if it works the way you expected. That is a very important step and determines if you go on to pre-production testing or you go back and refine your idea. New product design is never one and done. It is a process that leads to success.
Mechanical

- Custom Enclosure Design
- 3D Modeling
- Machining Drawings & Documentation
What really makes a product pop, is a well-designed enclosure. Our mechanical engineer has more than a decade’s experience making custom enclosures. The one you see here was for a prototype of a medical device. Not only does this enclose the hardware but it was pleasant to look at and had a good feel while holding it.

coding
- Embedded C Code
- APP design
- FPGA Programming
We used to talk about programming and writing software. In today’s world, you write software for PCs, firmware for embedded microcontrollers, and do App development for mobile devices. Our forte is in writing firmware for embedded microprocessors and microcontrollers. If the circuit is the framework, then the firmware is the heartbeat of the product. This is where the product comes to life and interacts with the user, autonomously turns on and off sensors and actuators, and runs custom algorithms to solve problems.

Regulatory Requirements

- Gap Analysis Report – to determine what testing is needed.
- Final Test Report – Done after compliance testing is complete.
Any new product is going to have to measure up to certain regulatory requirements in order to be sold to consumers. Navigating those requirements can be daunting. We have two products that we offer to help with UL and FCC certification. The first is the Gap Analysis Report. This report helps determine what testing is needed to get your product certified. Once the testing is completed a Final Test Report is used to present the test results and let you know if your product passed, or if not, where it failed, and what needs to be done next.
